• Researching competing laryngoscope products, and recommending a range of design requirements for key product features
• Determining methodologies for comparing their prototype with other devices already released to market, and performing associated testing
• Researching options for various improvements to the prototype, and developing basic proof-of-concept electronics such that performance criteria were exceeded
